- ANY PRODUCT INSTALLED and/or ENERGIZED (such as breakers, timers, lighting, wiring devices etc..) will not be accepted for return, YOUR RETURN REQUEST WILL BE REJECTED. (You wouldn't want to purchase an installed product, would you?)
- All returns must be received by us within 30 days of shipment with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

If your shipment contains a defective product or we sent you the wrong product in error, or you ordered the incorrect product, e-mail us within 30-day of receipt of shipment (1 year for defectives). We will issue an RMA number to return product and return instructions. Products must be returned within 30 days of shipment (1 year for defectives). Special Orders may not be returnable. Non-Defective products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition (do not write on the carton). Products returned will not be accepted unless ACDC USA has provided a RMA number in advance. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. After the inspection ACDC USA will confirm the reason for the return. Handling Charges are not refundable.
- Wrong Item(s) Sent: We will charge you for the product you received and send out the correct product. We will issue a credit for the product returned after received by us.
- Wrong Item(s) Ordered: We will issue a credit for product(s) minus a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges.
- Over Ordered Item(s): We will issue a credit for product(s) minus a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges.
- Defective Product(s): We will repair or replace them.
- Product Shortages: Please email ACDC USA immediately & we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be misprinted. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. No Minimum Order - Broken Cartons Allowed. You have the freedom to order what you want & how much you need.
All orders are processed as soon as they are received (assuming there are no credit or shipping issues). Orders submitted overnight, on weekends, national and company holidays will be entered into the ACDC USA system the next business day. Orders for in-stock items will typically ship on the same day or the next business day. Please review the UPS Ground Transit Times Map for standard delivery times. Expedited shipments of in-stock items must be received by 4:00PM EST to guarantee same-day processing.
Currently we only ship within U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and United States territories.
At this time We Do Not ship to international locations.
