How to stop postmaster@outlook email messages?
While postmaster@outlook email messages serve an important purpose in keeping users informed about system events and actions, they can sometimes become a source of inconvenience and clutter. But the problem lays within your recent changes made to your settings. The purpose of these notifications is part of the "tracking, return receipt" menu.
Here is the fix:
  1. On your Outlook Click on "File"
  2. Click on "Options"
  3. Select "Mail" on the left panel
  4. Scroll down to "Tracking"
  5. Uncheck the options under "For all messages sent, request:"
  6. Click "OK" to save and close the Options window.
You are all set! You will no longer get any of those annoying postmaster emails to confirm the status of the emails you send.
